Support us to achieve our mission

Rock Trust is an ideal workplace for individuals who want to be inspired and motivated by their day-to-day work. You will be part of a team of people with a shared purpose – to end youth homelessness in Scotland. Whether their role is supporting our young people to live independently and learn life skills, providing art or talking therapy, managing a range of services over a geographical area, providing support to our senior managers or providing a warm welcome in our reception: it’s this purpose that binds us together.

Whatever your role with us, everyone is welcome here: it is a place for people to bring their true selves and build authentic, genuine relationships with co-workers, volunteers and young people alike.

Our Values

If you share our core values of Safety, Positivity, Respect and Fairness, and are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential and move on from homelessness, then you are in the right place.

“Rock Trust is a very welcoming place to be, and I feel very fortunate to work alongside the people I do. Being able to work flexibly has been a huge perk for me. It has allowed me to fit in other commitments I have outside of work.” Danny, Edinburgh Youth Housing Hub Lead
