The Difference We Make
Thanks to people like you, we now help over 1,000 young people each year to avoid and move on from homelessness. That’s a 40% increase on just three years ago. From crisis support to long-term housing, because of the commitment and belief of our supporters, staff and young people, our youth-specific services continue to change lives.
In 2024-2025:
8,410
Individual advice and support sessions were delivered with young people.
532
Young people in crisis received emergency resources and advice.
73
Young people received mental health services through our art therapy team.
2,107
School pupils were surveyed to find signs of future homelessness risk so we could offer preventative support.
At Rock Trust, we know that youth homelessness is not inevitable. It can be prevented, and our young people are proving it every day.

"They were able to get me through everything I was going through. Even the times I didn’t want to work with them, they were understanding. They stuck by me. They gave me my space, but they always came back to me. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for the help I had."

"When I came here, I felt lonely, no one with me, I knew no one. When I met Colin, I found a friend. They are a friend. It's not like work. We go shopping, for coffee, for walks. And I want to thank him."

"Rock Trust have helped me get my life back on track. I want to live a life that is full of joy. There’s a big difference between living and surviving."
