We help young people access a home and maintain it, so you can have the security and stability you need to focus on your future.

Whether through our own flats or those that we lease and manage, we provide safe, stable housing with built-in support. Our single occupancy and shared homes offer more than just a roof. They offer a transitional space where you can build your independence at your own pace, supported by a consistent and caring team.

We also visit young people in their own tenancies.

What support includes

The support we can offer includes learning about running a home – budgeting, basic DIY, cleaning. We also give support applying for grants and benefits, pursuing education, training and employment, and building your networks in the community.

Some of our housing projects are for specific groups of young people who are particularly at risk of homelessness.

All our accommodation is accessed through a referral process.

Housing fund

If you are currently employed and looking at accommodation in the private rental sector, but upfront costs are a barrier, we can help. Get in touch to speak to a worker about our housing fund and rent deposit schemes.

Emergency support

If you have been made homeless, or are about to be made homeless, the first step you need to take is to contact your local council’s homeless team.
