Mental health & homelessness

We know that the experience of homelessness can be traumatic and isolating. We also know that struggling with your mental health can be what places you at risk, or causes homelessness to occur.

Over 50% of the young people who came to us for help last year self-assessed as having a physical or mental health difficulties. You are not alone.

What we offer

  • Creative and wellbeing groups

Through 1-1 support we can help you process past experiences, manage your emotions, learn new coping mechanisms, and set new goals.

Our group sessions are delivered at our Edinburgh Hub where we provide a safe and creative space to look after your wellbeing and build connections with other young people with similar experiences.

How to access support

16-25 year olds can refer themselves for support or be referred by others. Most support is offered face to face from our Edinburgh Hub, but we can also provide virtual support. Please use the make an enquiry form to find out more, or you can fill out a self-referral form online.
