Since 1993, Rettie has been helping people across Scotland find homes. Their values of teamwork, ambition, dependability, and determination are clear in their commitment to getting more people into more homes.

In 2025, Rettie chose to partner with Rock Trust to create more opportunities for young people. Rettie believes strongly in creating new opportunities, with people and property being at the heart of what they do. Doing what they can to support Rock Trust’s vision to end youth homelessness in Scotland means that they can contribute to ensuring everyone has a start in life that includes the security that comes from having a home.

The partnership began with a team from Rettie abseiling from the Forth Rail Bridge, and this is just the start of what will be a meaningful and impactful partnership, working together to end youth homelessness in Scotland.
