As a driving force in the local property market for over 50 years, ESPC began working with Rock Trust in the summer of 2024. ESPC shares our values of building better futures and ensuring that every young person across Scotland has a safe and secure place to call home.

The team has supported Rock Trust in a variety of ways, from fundraising with their annual quiz and 500 Mile Challenge, to volunteering in our properties and office space. The team has also regularly collected food and toiletries in their Property Lounge to donate to our Youth Housing Hub in Edinburgh. They have already made a huge impact, raising over £13,000 in the first year and supporting both our teams and young people in a range of ways.

ESPC values being accessible, offering free advice sessions in their Property Centre and they publish a monthly free magazine. At their heart, ESPC believe that a home is more than a property, and their commitment to end youth homelessness in Scotland is reflected in the work that they do.
