Project Worker - Edinburgh Housing Support Services (full time, 36.25 hours per week) - £20K-£25K per annum
Reporting to the Operational Manager – Housing Support, you will be responsible for assessing need, managing a caseload and delivering support to young people placed in our properties.
We seek a suitably experienced and dynamic individual who enjoys a challenge and being part of a strong staff team. You will have a good understanding and experience of working with young socially excluded people as well as a strong commitment to them.
The closing date for applications is Monday 30th August 2010 at 12pm, with interviews being held in the week beginning 6th September 2010.
Sessional Support Assistant - £10 per hour
You will provide practical support to young people using our housing support services (as directed by the teams case workers). You will assist in a range of other practical tasks such as preparing tenancies for relet, assisting with the admission processes and providing the team with cover during holidays and other absences.
Networks Throughcare Support Worker (Salary Range £20,000 - £25,000 fixed term to April 2013, Funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund)

Have you training, group work and 1:1 support skills?
As part of a small team you will be responsible for supporting 15-21yr olds in Midlothian to explore and (re)build their social networks through group work and 1:1 support. You will also train and support volunteer mentors and train staff and carers across Scotland.
You will have direct experience of working with marginalised young people, enthusiasm, motivation, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to adapt to the demands of a flexible initiative. A relevant qualification is desirable.

Administrator (Salary Range: £17,600 - £22,000 -Temporary to March 2011 extension dependent on funding)
Providing administrative support including phone, mail and direct contact with stakeholders, organising meetings and minute taking, creating and maintaining administrative systems and IT resources for the Scottish Social Networks Forum and the larger organisation.
We seek an enthusiastic and confident individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. It is important that the individual is able to work well on their own or as part of a small team and is capable of producing work of high accuracy.
This post is funded until March 2011.
