Support Worker - Networks Through Care

Have you training, group work and 1:1 support skills?
As part of a small team you will be responsible for supporting 15-21yr olds in Edinburgh to explore and (re)build their social networks through group work and 1:1 support. You will also train and support volunteer mentors and train staff and carers across Scotland.
You will have direct experience of working with marginalised young people, enthusiasm, motivation, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to adapt to the demands of a flexible initiative. A relevant qualification is desirable.
